This site (nomeansnothing.com) is an independent game-guide and analysis platform for the Bober Bros game No Means Nothing. The site is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the game's developer or publisher. Game data shown on the site โ€” scene names, stat names, achievement definitions, ending branches, config values โ€” is reproduced from the game's shipped configuration assets and the in-game string table for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and educational analysis under fair use. Game text, screenshots, character names, and other trademarks remain the property of Bober Bros.

There is no registration, login, or comment system. The site does not require visitors to submit personally identifiable information to read any page.

1. Data sources

Game configuration values are separated by provenance: Level A is reproducible from shipped assets, Level B is an inference from visible structure, and Level C is a community report. Visitor data is not used to create these values.

2. Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QFMQ81BSJM) to understand page views and navigation between guides.

Google may process the page URL and title, referrer, browser and device information, interaction timestamps, and approximate location derived from network information. This site does not send account IDs, email addresses, form contents, or custom user identifiers to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising-personalization features are disabled.

Google acts as the analytics provider. Its processing is described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can limit or block analytics through your browser privacy settings or a content blocker.

3. Advertising status

This site is configured to use Adsterra advertising on eligible pages to help fund the site, and labelled advertising placements are currently enabled. An area labelled Advertisement remains an advertising placement even when no ad creative is shown because the network integration has not returned an ad, no campaign was available, the visitor's region is not eligible, a request failed, or an ad blocker prevented delivery.

Google AdSense is not currently enabled. We may apply for and add Google advertising in the future, but the presence of an Advertisement placement does not mean that Google is currently serving the ad.

Adsterra, and Google if Google advertising is enabled later, act as third-party advertising vendors and may process data under their own privacy policies rather than solely on our instructions.

4. Advertising technologies and data

Advertising vendors may place or read cookies and similar storage on your browser and may use web beacons, pixels, tags, or other identifiers when serving or measuring ads. These technologies may collect or receive:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it;
  • cookie, browser, device, or advertising identifiers;
  • browser type, operating system, device type, language, and network information;
  • the page URL, referring page, time of access, and interactions with an ad; and
  • ad delivery, viewability, frequency, conversion, fraud-prevention, and security signals.

Vendors may use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit how often an ad appears, detect invalid traffic or abuse, report aggregate performance, and, where permitted and consented to, select personalized ads based on prior activity. We do not provide advertising vendors with names, email addresses, message contents, or account IDs, and we do not intentionally place such information in ad requests or page URLs.

5. Google AdSense

Google AdSense is planned but is not active as of the date above. If AdSense is approved and enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers to serve, personalize, and measure ads. Google's use of information from sites that use its services is explained in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and its general practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy.

If Google advertising is enabled later, you can review or control personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings. Where required, the future Google-certified CMP will also provide advertising choices. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads; contextual or limited ads may still be shown and may still use data needed for delivery, measurement, security, or fraud prevention where legally permitted.

6. Adsterra

Adsterra is configured as the current advertising provider for eligible placements. When an Adsterra ad or related advertising request is delivered, Adsterra and its demand, measurement, and anti-fraud partners may process the advertising data described above under their own terms. Their current practices and contact details are described in Adsterra's Privacy Policy. Available advertising partners may change as the advertising supply chain changes.

Analytics settings do not control Adsterra advertising. Browser privacy settings, content blockers, and controls offered by Adsterra or its partners may limit cookies or ad delivery, although blocking advertising technology may leave a labelled placement empty.

7. EEA, UK, and Switzerland consent

No Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) is currently deployed. Google Analytics 4 runs without an advertising CMP; it does not record consent for Adsterra or future Google advertising.

Google AdSense will remain disabled until the required Google-certified CMP integration has been configured and tested for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The CMP will identify participating vendors and purposes, provide clear choices to consent or refuse where required, and allow visitors to change or withdraw their choice.

8. Hosting

The hosting provider necessarily receives request metadata such as IP address, requested path, browser headers, and time in order to deliver the site and protect its service. This site's application code does not read, combine, or store that metadata. The provider's retention and security practices are governed by its own policy.

9. Local storage

Interactive tools and rating widgets use browser local storage to preserve inputs between visits. This data never leaves your device, is not uploaded to a rating backend, and is not visible to other users. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

10. External links

Pages may link to Steam or other third-party sites. Those services receive data only after you follow the link, under their own privacy policies.

11. Email communication

Messages that arrive via email are stored so we can reply, provide follow-up materials, or keep a record of prior conversations. They are not shared with anyone else.

12. Third-party copyright

Game text, character names, scene names, screenshots, and other referenced material from No Means Nothing are the property of Bober Bros. Short quotes from the in-game string table are used on this site for identification and commentary only, paired with original analysis. The full in-game script is not reproduced on this site. If you are a rights holder and believe any content on this site exceeds fair use, contact us and we will review promptly.

Your choices

  • You may disable local storage or clear this site's data in your browser at any time.
  • You may allow, decline, or later withdraw Google Analytics through Analytics preferences in the footer.
  • Adsterra advertising placements are currently enabled on eligible pages. You may use browser privacy controls, content blockers, and controls offered by Adsterra or its advertising partners to limit advertising cookies or delivery.
  • Google AdSense is not currently active. A separate Google-certified advertising consent interface will be added before Google advertising is enabled where Google requires it.
  • You may control Google's personalized ads through Google Ads Settings and may also use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect site or advertising functionality.
  • To update or remove prior correspondence, or to request removal of specific data, contact [email protected].
  • EU and UK residents have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about them, subject to the limited data we collect as described above.
